We’ve just completed installing 200 metres of aluminium balustrade for decks and stairs in the St Martins Village Green apartment Complex on Waltham Road, Christchurch.

New Zealand Building Code change for balustrades

Frameless and semi-frameless glass balustrades now have NZ Building code change.

The Acceptable Solution B1/AS1of the NZ Building Code now incorporates Amendment 13, which cites the glass barrier requirements in section 22 of NZS 4223.3: 2016 Glazing in buildings – Part 3: Human impact safety requirements, and was effective from 1 June 2016.
